Following his ingeniously recreated puppet operas "Master Peter" and "La Bella", Twist makes his formal Opera house debut with this commission from The Houston Grand Opera and The Atlanta Opera. Twist directs and designs a new Hansel and Gretel, which premiered at the Houston Grand Opera. This collaboration between singers and puppets tells one of the most famous fairy tales by the Grimm Brothers. A completely original star is born through an ambitious collaboration between Twist and The Jim Henson Company.
